Q: What is Grommet-top ?
Grommet-top curtains are curtains with metal rings at the top that slide easily onto a rod, creating neat, even folds.

🚚 Delivery

Q: Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the UK Mainland. Extra charges may apply for Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man.

Q: How long does delivery take?
Ready-Made Curtains: usually dispatched within 10 working days.

Q: How much does delivery cost?
At Bargain Curtains, we’re pleased to offer free delivery on all orders across the UK.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I return my order?
Ready-Made Curtains: Yes, within 30 days, provided they are unused and in original packaging.

Q: What if my order is faulty or damaged?
If your curtains arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Q: How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of us receiving your return, back to your original payment method.

Q: Is my personal information safe?
Yes. We only use your details to process your order and never sell your data. Payments are processed securely, and we don’t store card details.
