2. Terms & Conditions

Orders

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• An email confirmation will be sent once your order is placed. This confirms we have received your order but does not guarantee acceptance.

• We reserve the right to cancel an order if stock is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or payment is not authorised.

Products

• We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and sizes are accurate, but slight variations may occur.

• Customers are responsible for providing correct measurements for made-to-measure products.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable).

• We accept secure payment via PayPal.

• Payment must be received in full before dispatch.

Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses.

• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

3. Returns & Refunds Policy

Your Right to Cancel (Ready-Made Products)

• Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel most ready-made purchases within 14 days of delivery.

• You must notify us in writing and return goods unused, unwashed, and in original packaging within 14 further days.

• Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

Custom & Made-to-Measure Curtains

❌ Non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty or made incorrectly.

Returns Period (Goodwill)

• We also offer a 30-day returns period on ready-made curtains, provided they are unused and in original packaging.

Faulty or Damaged Goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

• Full refund if faulty and reported within 30 days.

• Repair or replacement if reported within 6 months.

• If repair/replacement is not possible, you may be entitled to a partial refund.

4. Delivery Policy

At Bargain Curtains, we’re pleased to offer free delivery on all orders across the UK.

1. Delivery Areas

• Free delivery is available to all UK Mainland addresses.

• We also deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man at no extra cost.

2. Delivery Times

• Ready-Made Curtains: Usually dispatched within 10 working days of order confirmation.

• Custom & Made-to-Measure Curtains: Production and delivery typically take 2 - 3 weeks depending on fabric availability and order size. Estimated delivery dates will be shown at checkout.

• We will contact you if there are any unexpected delays with your order.

3. Delivery Process

• All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Tracking details will be provided where available.

• A signature may be required on delivery.

• If you are not home, the courier may leave your parcel with a neighbour or at a local collection point, depending on their policy.

4. Delays & Liability

• We aim to deliver within the estimated timescales, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other events outside our control.

• In the event of a significant delay, we will contact you to discuss your options, which may include cancellation and a full refund.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

• Please check your order on arrival. If your curtains arrive damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

6. International Delivery

At present, we only offer delivery within the UK. For overseas enquiries, please contact us directly.
